Who We Are
The Lag Badana Community Conservancy Trust is a community-led organisation working to safeguard the Lag Badana–Bushbushle National Park — the first national park in Somalia.
We protect endangered wildlife, restore forests and mangroves, support environmental education, and partner with local communities so that people and nature can thrive together. From rescuing stranded buffalo during drought to replanting degraded coastal forests, our work keeps this rare biodiversity hotspot alive.
